Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days before dispatch. During busy periods (like the holidays), processing may take a little longer - we'll let you know if there's a delay.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days, $9.99
- Express shipping: 1-3 business days, $15
- Free shipping on orders over $99
All orders are shipped with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control are outside our responsibility - though we're always happy to help you track down a delayed parcel.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at hello@tinytroublestore.com with your order number and we'll sort it out - whether that's a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect or refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, but reach out and we'll do what we can to help.
